Applora Refund & Credits Policy

Applora runs on prepaid credits — no subscriptions, no recurring charges. This page explains how credits, charges, and refunds actually work. Questions: cihatakkiraz@gmail.com.

How credits work

  • Credits are prepaid. You buy a package, and agent runs draw it down. $1 equals 100 credits, at every tier:
    • Starter — $10 (1,000 credits)
    • Pro — $25 (2,500 credits)
    • Studio — $50 (5,000 credits)
  • Purchases are processed by Stripe. Your card details never touch Applora's servers.
  • Every agent run is metered, and the charge for each run is shown to you in the product. No hidden costs, no surprise bills — you can only spend credits you've already bought.
  • There are no subscriptions today. If we ever add them, this policy will change and we'll tell you first.
  • Credit expiry: [FOUNDER: confirm expiry policy — we recommend stating "credits do not expire" only if that's confirmed].

Failed runs are refunded automatically

If an agent run fails to complete — it crashes partway through instead of finishing — we automatically refund its charge back to your credit balance. You don't need to file a ticket or ask.

To be clear about what counts as a failed run: this covers runs that crash. A run that completes but produces an app with bugs or a failing build isn't auto-refunded — AI output isn't perfect, and that risk is covered in our Terms. Runs you stop manually aren't auto-refunded either.

Two honest bounds on this, to prevent abuse:

  • A refund never exceeds what that specific run actually charged.
  • Automatic refunds are capped per workspace per day.

If you hit the daily cap because of a genuine string of failures on our end, email us — we'll sort it out manually.

Refunds on purchased credits

Delete this section if you don't want to offer it.] If you bought credits and want your money back for the unused portion, email cihatakkiraz@gmail.com within [FOUNDER: N days] of purchase. Credits already spent on completed runs aren't refundable — that compute was used.

If approved, refunds are processed by Stripe back to your original payment method, on Stripe's and your bank's usual processing timelines.

If your account is suspended

If we suspend an account for violating our acceptable-use rules, unused purchased credits are refunded, and free or promotional credits are not. [FOUNDER: confirm both stances before publishing.]

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and its effective date, and flag significant changes in the product.
