Applora Acceptable Use Policy
This policy is part of the Applora Terms of Service. It exists to keep the platform safe, fair, and affordable for everyone. It's short on purpose — if you're building apps in good faith, none of this will affect you.
What's not allowed
Illegal content and apps. Don't use Applora to build or distribute apps that are illegal, or that facilitate illegal activity.
Malware and phishing. No apps designed to harm users or their devices, steal credentials, impersonate other services, or deceive people.
Infringing others' IP. Don't build apps that copy someone else's app, brand, or content without the right to do so. You own what you generate — respect that others own their work too.
Attacking the platform. Don't attempt to break out of build sandboxes, access other users' apps or data, or probe Applora's infrastructure. Sandboxes are isolated per app for a reason.
Abusing metering and free credits. No bot signups, no multi-account schemes to farm free credits, no attempts to trick the metering or auto-refund systems into charging you less than your runs actually cost.
Crypto-mining. Build sandboxes are for building apps. Don't run miners or other resource-abuse workloads in them.
How we enforce this
We aim to be proportionate:
- Warn. For issues that look like honest mistakes, we'll contact you and ask you to fix it.
- Suspend. For serious or repeated violations — especially anything in the malware, platform-attack, or billing-abuse categories — we may suspend the account immediately.
If your account is suspended for a violation, unused purchased credits are refunded, and free/promotional credits are not [FOUNDER: confirm both stances].
If you think we got it wrong, reply to the enforcement email or write to cihatakkiraz@gmail.com and we'll take a second look.
Reporting abuse
If you find an app built with Applora that violates this policy — or a security issue in the platform itself — email cihatakkiraz@gmail.com. Include links or details so we can investigate quickly. We appreciate reports and take them seriously.
Effective date: [FOUNDER: set date]
